2. Advanced response handling and CV search
As per Option 1 plus:
conducting a detailed search of our database of 6,500 HSE professionals
preliminary screening to confirm availability and interest
3. Short listing and telephone interview
- notifying selected applicants
- thorough telephone interview
- preparation of application
- submission of shortlist of recommended applicants for interview by you
- keeping applicants updated on progress
4. Client interview co-ordination and liaison
- arrangement of interviews on your behalf
- providing feedback to and from applicants
- managing candidate’s expectations
- organising second round interviews if appropriate
- offer and acceptance management
- referencing
- liaison between all parties to ensure the successful candidate starts work as planned
- follow up period
5. Total recruitment service – all of the above, no placement no fee, one off payment when our successful candidate starts work.
We are also happy to provide additional services such as advertisement placement advice, job and person specification advice and development, candidate testing etc.
