Jo first began work in the UK recruitment market in 1991 - firstly in the domestic market, later in the international healthcare recruitment arena, establishing strong relationships with candidates, clients and other recruiters from within the EU and Australasia.
She is accustomed to dealing with a diverse client base across the public and private sectors, and since 2005 has been a Director of New Level Recruitment, a specialist agency placing mid - senior level Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) professionals to all industry sectors.
Jo is accustomed to dealing with a diverse client base across the public and private sectors, and is aware of the need to constantly seek innovative and effective recruitment solutions in order to fulfil the needs of her clients and candidates. As an active member of the REC she has good knowledge of, and complies with, all current regulations and guidelines relating to the recruitment sector. Jo is a Regional Director with TEAM, one of the largest independent networked groups of recruitment and employment service providers.
Jo believes that the path to effective recruitment practice lies in developing strong relationships with both clients and candidates, and that the best recruitment solution is one that is based on an honest, ethical and well informed approach.
